Staying here feels comfortable because most homes are inside gated societies with security. Kids can play safely downstairs. Evenings feel slow though, as there are very few cafes or hangout spots nearby.

Ownership feels comfortable because complaints from tenants are rare. Most renters prefer long stays. Appreciation depends a lot on upcoming road and metro connectivity.

It has clean surroundings and less honking. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves, which gives privacy. The area feels empty late at night, which may not suit everyone.

I have been here for the last few years and everything is nearby here. Though there are some issues with the roads but I dont have any issues with that.

Investing here works for people who think long term. Entry prices are fair. Resale demand is building slowly as the sector develops.
