I live in a society in Sector 58 and the connectivity is good. Metro station is nearby and I reach Cyber City in thirty minutes. Cafés and co-working spaces are nearby too. Security guards patrol day and night which makes the area safe.But the rent is a bit high here.

I own a 2 BHK in Sector 58 and it's been four years. Rental demand stays high due to IT hubs. I think the metro access and road links attract young tenants fast. It's a good place but not very safe during night as some petty crimes like stealing and chain-snatching have been reported.

I visited a friend’s new apartment here and we relaxed in the society garden. Local mall had nice shops and a multiplex. Auto fares to Cyber City were reasonable too.

I invested in a property here three years ago. The rates rose by about 90% and the proximity to NH8 and airport adds commercial interest. Tbere needs to be some improvements in road infrastructure as some lanes are narrow and full of potholes.

I love the social life here. There are plenty of brunch spots nearby where i hang out with my friends. Supermarkets and local grocery stores are just around the corner, and the gated societies are very secure here.
