As an owner in a gated builder-floor, I feel security is good and schools like CD International are close where my kids go to. Traffic on Sohna Road gets heavy during peak hours which can be harsh. Overall, it's a clean and good area for families and bachelors too.

The area has good public transport unless you rely heavily on metro because the millenium metro station is around 8-9 km from here. Having your own vehicle will be better I would say. Food outlets are comparatively less here if you love cafes. otherwise, it's a fine locality to live with your family.

I have been living here for the past 8 years and roads are smooth now and Sohna Elevated Corridor makes it easy to get to Sohna. But SPR-link road near Sector 72 is still under construction, so occasional dust and noise is bothersome.

The area is well-connected but still needs development in terms of social infrastructure. Roads are good and buses run frequently but some lanes are unclean and smelly which ruins the residential vibe. Also, there's not many cafes or good food outlets here so you mostly have to order
