Sector 57 is a peaceful locality. It has good apartments and developing infrastructure. What I like is how accesible it is from tech hubs like Stellar IT park and others. Good for IT professionals

I have been residing here for 2 years now. The area is tech friendly and transport links are good. Most blocks are calm and quiet but finding a modern and well furnished apartment will be tough here. all buildings are mid range and has basic amenities only

Sector 57 is mostly known for its corporate proximity. Big companies like HCL and Hinduja global solutions are here. That said it can be less family friendly. schools and hospitals are available but limited. Apart from Green India Place the area has no big malls either

I have a commercial property here on lease. It is a profitable area with many benefits. It is close to sector 59 metro and many bus stations.There are good hospitals nearby as well.

The locality has great ROI in terms of rental yield and appreciation. It is close to radisson hotel and other business hubs and tech parks which attracts many corporate employees

Peaceful residential area with decent internal roads. Getting an auto near Bishanpura Road is super easy, and daily utility shops are within walking distance. Traffic gets a bit choked near the main intersection during peak hours, but overall it is very manageable.

Finding a proper parking slot near C Block market in the evening is a nightmare. Roads are mostly wide, but drivers just park anywhere along the curb. Streetlights on internal lanes work fine, so walking around after dark feels completely safe.

Sector 57 has great connectivity to the industrial hubs and Stellar IT Park. Living here is smooth, parks are green, and water supply comes at fixed times daily. Main road noise can get loud, but inside the blocks it stays quiet.

Rental demand stays consistently high because of office hubs nearby and quick access to Sector 59 metro station. Commercial shops and local markets cater to all daily needs. Solid area for long-term property holding without high maintenance hassles.

Water quality here is quite poor and power cuts happen randomly in summer. Public buses are rare on Kamal Marg, so depending on shared autos or cabs is mandatory. Rents are okay, but basic civic upkeep definitely needs improvement.

Driving through Bhardwaj Road during off-peak hours is smooth. The locality feels green and well laid out compared to neighboring congested areas. Wish there were better food options around, as options are mostly limited to small local eateries and dhabas.

Drain cleaning before monsoons is never done properly, leading to water logging on side roads. Electricity voltage fluctuates during peak heat. On the good side, local security gates in blocks work well and general neighborhood peace is maintained.

Strong tenant inflow from working people needing quick transit to Sector 62 and 63 office belts. Wide sector roads and proximity to hospitals make it attractive. Resale movement is steady, though lack of high-end retail malls keeps prices grounded.

Main signal near the sector boundary gets completely jammed every evening. E-rickshaws block the corners making turns risky. Late night public transport is almost zero, so returning late from work without personal vehicle is a real headache.

Very comfortable sector to stay with wide main roads and spacious parks for morning walks. Daily grocery, pharmacies, and clinics are available right inside the sector blocks. It is a simple, functional locality that works great for daily life.
