Sector 57 is a peaceful locality. It has good apartments and developing infrastructure. What I like is how accesible it is from tech hubs like Stellar IT park and others. Good for IT professionals

I have been residing here for 2 years now. The area is tech friendly and transport links are good. Most blocks are calm and quiet but finding a modern and well furnished apartment will be tough here. all buildings are mid range and has basic amenities only

Sector 57 is mostly known for its corporate proximity. Big companies like HCL and Hinduja global solutions are here. That said it can be less family friendly. schools and hospitals are available but limited. Apart from Green India Place the area has no big malls either

I have a commercial property here on lease. It is a profitable area with many benefits. It is close to sector 59 metro and many bus stations.There are good hospitals nearby as well.

The locality has great ROI in terms of rental yield and appreciation. It is close to radisson hotel and other business hubs and tech parks which attracts many corporate employees
