Sector 48 is peaceful. Rent is affordable. the old faridabad metro is just 3 km from here so commuting is easy. but i feel the roads can use some maintenance as potholes are common after rains

Some inner lanes here get waterlogging after rain. On the good note, i appreciate the proiximity to metro and bus stops. Also my workplace is 10 min from here

The locality is well connected. Many residential apartments are good and structured and secured. It is developing but lack of parks and open spaces lead to humid and congestion

It feels vibrant and streets are well lit. Buildings are quite old but its still a feasible place for short term.

Investing here can be an asset. Its developing and property values are appreciating. Resale demand is good. Rental yield is also steady as families prefer this area. However there is a lack of many modern high end apartments which pushes some families away
