I shifted to Sector 21B two months back. Reaching to my workplace barely takes 25 minutes by road, and metro is close by if needed. The sector is calm, and our society feels secure. Nearby markets have everything. There are groceries, medicine, and some nice food joints too.

Shifted here from South Delhi five years back, and honestly, don’t miss much. Sector 21B has good greenery, the air feels better, and noise is less. There are proper walking paths and a nice park where I go every morning.

Bought a 2BHK here in 2021. I liked how settled and clean the area is. It’s not under construction like new sectors, and has proper drainage, good roads, and greenery. Demand is decent, and I've rented out my unit within a month. Long-term value is there, especially with Delhi so close.

Visited my sister last month in Sector 21B. I liked how neat the place was. The internal roads are wide and maintained. There’s hardly any garbage on the streets, and parks are well-kept. Overall, gave a calm and homely vibe. Felt safe walking around even in the evening.

I live here with my wife, both in IT. Sector 21B is a quiet, green area, and we love going for evening walks. Good schools and clinics are nearby, which is a plus. Getting an Uber or auto is no issue. The roads are wide, and traffic is manageable.
