Write a Review

Sector 37C is quite decent if you work around Cyber City or Golf Course Road because the Dwarka Expressway link is ready and open. We get out of the area fast. Rents are like 25k for a good 2BHK which is fair for Gurgaon RN.

The internal sector roads here are completely broken and full of dust. Big potholes near the main T-junction make driving a car a daily nightmare, especially when it rains and the whole stretch gets flooded. Nobody comes to clean the standing water for days.

Very safe area for evening walks and there are 3 or 4 good schools just 10 minutes away. Sector 37C main market has all daily groceries and veggies handy, so we do not have to run far for regular stuff. Quite satisfied with the location.

Getting a shared auto from the main circle to the nearest metro station is a big task in the mornings. They charge 50 rupees for short distances. Travel time to office is fine but public transport inside the sector is totally broken.

Living here is peaceful because the crowd is good and streets are wide. Most blocks have decent green spaces where people sit in the mornings. Power cuts happen for 1 hour in summer but backup is there in most places so it is sorted.

Walking on the streets here is very difficult after 7 PM because half the streetlights near the Euro International School lane do not work. Young boys ride bikes so fast and it feels unsafe because there are no proper footpaths for old people.

Visited this area many times recently. Parking a car on the roadside near the local shopping complex is a major headache in the evenings. The main road always has cars parked in double lines, making the sector lanes very narrow and cramped.

TBH best sector here. Bought property here and the area is paying off well. Water supply from the authority is regular now and coming daily for 3 hours. Security patrolling happens at night on the main sector roads, making the whole belt feel premium and safe.

Food options are okayish here, just a few local dhabas and Zomato delivers fast. But water quality in the area is quite bad, very hard water. Have to buy 20 liter cans daily for drinking and cooking otherwise area is chill.

Garbage is just left on the roadside near the open plots and it smells terrible. The civic cleaners never pick it up on time. Dust from the heavy trucks passing through the main sector road makes it impossible to open windows or breathe freely. Fully fed up.
