Honestly this area is fully sorted for single professionals. Everything from gyms to pharmacies and food delivery happens under 15 minutes. No water tanker issues in my block and electricity cuts are very rare. Best part is saving travel time daily.
Walking on the internal sector roads is fine early morning, but high speed bikes make it scary later. Footpaths are broken in many places or taken over by tea stalls good area otherwise but needs better walking space.
Property values hold up really well here because of the cyber city crowd. Houses get rented out immediately. The main avenue roads are wide and well lit, which keeps the sector high in demand compared to other parts of Gurgaon.
Parking is a total nightmare here, especially around the commercial blocks. If you bring a car in the afternoon, expect to circle for 20 minutes to find a spot. The roads are narrow and crowded with office vehicles. Avoid driving here.
