The location is perfect because Rapid Metro is right there to get around Gurgaon. Sector 24 is mostly corporate offices and cyber hubs nearby so going to work takes 10 minutes only. Rent is high but worth it if you hate long travel.

Evening traffic near the DLF Phase 3 side bottleneck is getting out of hand. Sometimes cars are jammed for 30 minutes just trying to exit the sector. Autos also park randomly on the main road and make the block worse.

Streets are safe enough for walking even after dark since the corporate areas have guards and lights everywhere. There are decent small parks inside the blocks where everyone sits in the evening. Daily grocery shops are very close by.

Food options are great here with all the local dhabas and small eating joints near the offices. But getting an auto is a big pain, they ask 80 rupees for even 1 km. NGL it burns a hole in the area.

Garbage dumping on the back roads is a huge issue here. The civic waste vans do not come regularly, so garbage piles up near the market corners and smells bad during the day. Water supply also comes only for 2 hours.

Honestly this area is fully sorted for single professionals. Everything from gyms to pharmacies and food delivery happens under 15 minutes. No water tanker issues in my block and electricity cuts are very rare. Best part is saving travel time daily.

Walking on the internal sector roads is fine early morning, but high speed bikes make it scary later. Footpaths are broken in many places or taken over by tea stalls good area otherwise but needs better walking space.

Property values hold up really well here because of the cyber city crowd. Houses get rented out immediately. The main avenue roads are wide and well lit, which keeps the sector high in demand compared to other parts of Gurgaon.

Parking is a total nightmare here, especially around the commercial blocks. If you bring a car in the afternoon, expect to circle for 20 minutes to find a spot. The roads are narrow and crowded with office vehicles. Avoid driving here.

Power backup is a must if you live here. The water timing is fixed for mornings only, so you have to store it otherwise the sector has good security and the main market has everything you need for daily life.
