I found Sakal Nagar surprisingly quiet for its central location. The tree-lined roads are great for walking. That said, parking can be difficult on narrow internal lanes, especially during weekends or if you're visiting someone without reserved space.

I bought a flat in Sakal Nagar a few years ago and rented it out quickly. The rental income has been consistent, and demand is strong. However, some internal roads are narrow and uneven.

I live in a flat in Sakal Nagar and truly enjoy the peaceful, green surroundings. But dealing with outdated building structures and delayed society approvals for even minor repairs has been frustrating. Maintenance feels like a constant uphill task.

Sakal Nagar offers peaceful surroundings, clean streets, and excellent connectivity to Baner and Shivajinagar. Grocery shops and clinics are nearby. However, older buildings here lack modern amenities like lifts or gyms.

The best part about renting here is the silence—no traffic noise or honking. My work-from-home routine has improved. However, the older buildings lack lifts, which can be inconvenient if you're staying on higher floors.

What I like is its reasonably close to tech hubs like cyber city, DLF and rent is fine too.

I stay near the edge of Sector 22A so the price was fair. But during monsoon or heavy rain I have seen water-logging in one part of my approach road. civic infrastructure needs to improve.

Maintainence and amenities in our society is decent. We don’t suffer major water or power issues like some very far sectors. But we do feel the infrastructure like drainage and footpaths could be better managed

The flats here are good and spacious. well ventilated. basic amenities are nearby. There's cyber city metro in 3 km from here. it is a decent locality

Rental demand is good as many professionals working in dlf and cyber city live here. But the appreciation actually depends on the block and building amenities and civic infrastructure

It is a well-located area with good access to highways and nearby offices, plus easy daily needs, but mention traffic and slightly higher rents.

The area has strong rental demand and good location advantage, giving steady rental income and solid property value, though entry cost is higher than developing areas.
