No cafes, no hangout spots. It’s quiet but also isolating. Good only if you want cheap rent near industrial areas.
We built a house here mainly because land was affordable and it’s close to Manesar industrial belt. But daily life is not great. schools, hospitals, shopping everything is outside. Inside the village, you only get basic shops. trucks pass due to nearby industries, which damages road quality
Transport is the biggest issue without your own vehicle. But i like that the environment is peaceful during evenings. no constant noise or honking/traffic
If you’re expecting steady rental income, this is not the right place. Unless a major industrial corridor develops nearby, appreciation will also remain slow.

I stayed here for 8 months while working in Manesar and honestly Baghanki feels more like a village with some industrial spillover. Don’t expect proper apartments here just rented rooms or floors. Connectivity is okay if you have a bike and buses also exist.
