Sector 20 has seen good growth in recent years. The new roads towards bypass area have improved a lot. A metro will help it evolve more

I have two properties here which I have put on lease. Sector 20 is mostly for commercial use and very few people live here. Not to mean this is a bad locality, it just have a different audience

Sector 20 feels dull. there's limited no. of residential buildings here. mostly industrial companies and warehouses. Still I got a small 1 bhk at low rent here. But the area lacks transport options

It is not a premium area yet but the mix of industrial are residential zones give good potential to appreciate and benefit both renters and investors

The area gives a local vibe. The rent is cheap for the space but there is a safety concern at night. too many industries here and this makes it less livable for residents
