Sector 19 is promising from investment pov because it is not only very well connected but also reasonably close to major hubs like udyog vihar and Phase IV

Sector 19 is a popular area and what I love is the metro availability within 3 km. But power cuts are frequent and many buildings dont have backup facilities. that's the only concerning part for me

Living here is okay. You got local shops, atms, banks, clinics, etc nearby. But the area itself lacks many infrastructure like big malls and hospitals. you will have to depend on nearby areas or drive farther.

My workplace is in sector 20 but Sector 19 is much more affordable and peaceful than nearby bustling areas. It is not high end or premium but is close to many popular areas.

The rent is much reasonable here than udyog vihar. I am paying less than i'd pay in ultra premium areas and i dont feel very isolated from other sectors. Amenities are not as lavish as you will get there but it works just fine
