Sector 18 has its share of pros and cons. the biggest pro is the metro and airport proximity. most tech professionals choose this place for work. The downside is the limited residential apartments and societies which pushes families away

We have leased our property here and the demand is mostly commercial. the connectivity is great but it's not an ideal place for families looking for a quieter vibe

I am living here because my office is in udyog vihar and just 10 mins away. The rent I pay here is lesser since the residential demand is not that much. Still the noise and traffic from NH 48 kills me

Sector 18 is a busy area and a bit less residential than commercial. it has many IT companies and tech parks nearby which makes it mostly favoured by techies. In any case, the convenience here is good in terms of transport facilities and infrastructure

Living here is nice as the streets are quite, noise is less, and everything is close. Just wish there were more restaurants around or a nearby mall.

It's more suited for working professionals. Schools and hospitals are a bit farther, but daily needs and commute options are sorted. Safe locality too.

What I like is the easy drive to the airport and the office areas. It’s quieter than Sectors 29 or 56, and still accessible.

Sector 18 has a mixed vibe. You get peace at home and can hop to Cyber Hub in 10 minutes. Autos are easily available.

Sector 18 has a calm vibe with good roads and green pockets. It’s close to Udyog Vihar, which is great for office goers like me.

Been living here for a while. Clean streets, less chaos, and easy access to NH-48. Local shops and parks make everyday living super convenient.
