Renting a floor here costs around 25k, which is fine given how close it is to IFFCO Chowk. The area is quite green, but the erratic power cuts during peak summer are a big headache.

Travel to Cyber City is very fast from here via the old Delhi-Gurgaon road, takes me under 20 minutes by car. The evening traffic at the sector entry gate is annoying, but manageable.
Staying in a PG here is handy because the Sector 14 market is just a short walk away for food and prints. Shared autos are easily available on the main road to reach the metro station.
Walking inside the block in the evening is peaceful because the parks are well kept and green. My only complaint is that the streetlights on the internal lanes often do not work at night.
The streets are very safe for walking and the neighborhood is quiet, with good schools nearby. However, stray dogs are a massive problem in the parks and lanes, making it risky to walk alone.
There is zero space for customer parking outside the commercial blocks here. Delivery vans get stuck in the narrow side lanes due to random cars parked everywhere, which badly disrupts my daily work.
Visiting friends here is fine but finding a parking spot for my car is a nightmare. The security guards at the gates are very strict about visitor entry, yet cars are parked randomly inside.
Independent floors here command premium rents because corporate workers love the location near the expressway. The capital appreciation is solid and flats never sit vacant for more than a few days.
The main drainage line near the sector market is completely choked. Even a short 15-minute downpour during the monsoons causes heavy water logging, making it impossible to take the car out of the lane.
