Sector 168 is a great area for corporate people. its close to many renowned offices and tech parks. The connectivity to other areas is also good enough via metro and the noida greater noida expressway.

We live close to shiv nadar school. The area is fine. flats are at reasonable rent. but traffic is exhausting and some buildings here have water supply issues during summer

From an investment perspective, Sector 168 is a profitable area. there's corporate crowd but also families prefer this due to schools and colleges nearby. if civic infrastructure improves, the appreciation will increase for sure

Sector 168 has many good apartments and gated communities. Although there are good schools and hospitals nearby, there is limited shopping options and parks which makes this place feel dull and lacking. The traffic is also huge

Our house is close to the kaustubh road which is a bit quieter than the main roads. I appreciate the metro nearby and good social amenities. Lifestyle here is convenient and relaxing
