I absolutely love this area..my fav spot is noida public library..there are lots of parks and food places here..weekends will never be boring

This is a vibrant neighborhood..not many high rise apartments but it is convenient and has good connectivity at cheap prices.

I stay in a PG here for my college is in sector 2..pretty walkable..roads are fine but not sure how safe it would be for late night outing..

there are tons of schools and coaching here..it feels very dense and crowded at times..the metro station road is super packed..so not sure about settling down here..it's okay for short term i feel

appreciation has been steady especially with properties near the main road..one thing to keep in mind is the legal documentation as village abadi land requires careful verification.
