Hey Rajneesh.... for 3 BHK semi furnished in Vijay Ratan Vihar, rental range is Rs 45,000 to 55,000 per month...I found listings showing 3 BHK semi-furnished at Rs 55,000 per month for 1,850 sq ft and another at Rs 36,000 for smaller 1,150 sq ft...
