Sector 15 Part 2 feels like a lovely residential area with so many parks and good malls around.

Living here works well for me since its close to my workplace and my kid's school salwan public school. It has quiet feel and i love that its close to so many entertainment spots like 32ns avenue. Only irritating thing is the traffic here

Safe and well settled area and good demand from many families. Appreciation has also been stable mainly because of the job hubs nearby like Udyog Vihar

Nightlife is pretty much zero here. Metro is close but not walkable distance so you have to take autos

Property taxes are higher compared to other areas. Also some parts of thr area feel old and lack modern amenities. many inner lanes also lack street lighting

Hey Rajneesh.... for 3 BHK semi furnished in Vijay Ratan Vihar, rental range is Rs 45,000 to 55,000 per month...I found listings showing 3 BHK semi-furnished at Rs 55,000 per month for 1,850 sq ft and another at Rs 36,000 for smaller 1,150 sq ft...
