I moved here for work, and the area is very close to my office as well. Shops or restaurants are very far away.

The area sees interest from corporate tenants, especially with companies nearby. Appreciation has been moderate, but the rental flow is solid.

Our society is secure and well-maintained. The area is clearly aimed at professionals, but the lack of shops nearby is very annoying.

The public transport here is very bad and if you don't have a vehilcle be ready to suffer.

It’s a good place for professionals but if you don’t have a vehicle, getting around can be inconvenient.
