Shared e-rickshaws to ALT Centre turn and Kavi Nagar are available right outside the main sector gate. Grocery shops and fruit carts are right around the corner. Very safe and easy area to live in overall.

Nice quiet locality to stay if you have your own bike. Local chemists and vegetable shops are easily available. Streetlights near the back gate flicker a lot at night though, which feels a little creepy.

Ganga water comes for just 2 hours in the morning, so filling tanks is a fixed task. Cars double park along the internal sector lanes and block driving paths. Municipal road repair work is very slow here.

Close connection to the Delhi-Meerut Road and Red Line metro keeps property values very strong. High demand from bank employees and working folks. Homes here stay occupied round the year without any issues.

Awesome demand for independent floors because RDC offices and major coaching centers are so close. Flats get rented out almost instantly. Good solid area to invest money for monthly rental income.

Autos near the ALT Circle overcharge visitors every single time. Traffic near the sector entry signal takes 15 minutes to clear during 7 PM rush hour. Footpaths are broken or blocked by parked scooters everywhere.

Finding a parking spot near Sector 14 market on weekends is an absolute headache. Roads near the main park entry get super jammed in the evening. Also dust near the road turns is annoying while walking...

Raj Nagar District Centre is just a 5 minute walk away for food and basic stuff. Paid 16k rent for a floor here. Getting shared autos to Old Bus Stand or Shaheed Sthal Metro is super easy daily.

Having Yashoda Hospital right nearby on Hapur Road gives great medical safety. Trash pickup vans come every morning regularly now. Only problem is internal drains overflow on streets whenever heavy rain hits the area.

Stray dogs near the local sector park make late evening walks risky. Potholes on internal secondary lanes break down bike suspensions fast. Water pressure stays very low on top floors without extra motors...
