The bigggest plus is the noida greater noida connectivity. You also get newer apartments here at better pricing. there are also schools nearby so there's family crowd and it feels lively so I like it here

My college is nearby but i chose to rent here because obviously flat is better than living in hostel. its 5 min walk to the campus and everything else is nearby so i don't have to step out of the sector. I just wish the metro was here so weekend could be better spent exploring farther areas.

Societies are good. parking and amenities are also fine but street parking is still a menace here as lanes are narrow and its hard to drive four wheeler in some parts.

Due to its corporate and education proximity, sector 126 is high in demand. Infrastructure is improving and road widening projects are coming up. But still the lack of metro is a major disadvantage and can withhold the appreciation

Sector 126 is a corporate hub and living here is indeed very practical if u work in tech. but it comes with a cost. the constant traffic noise and congestion will bore and wear you out.
