This is not a great investment zone, but it works well if you're looking for predictability.

The markets are nearby but the street lighting at night could definitely be improved.

My room here is very spacious and the rent is low as well but the thr conditions of the roads here are very bad.

Parking is a huge issue and during monsoons it becomes bad due to poor drainage in some parts.

This area doesn’t attract flashy tenants, but that means fewer issues and longer stays. It works for someone like me looking for passive income.
