Living here is convenient. I can catch a bus from the ISBT to anywhere, the Nizamuddin Railway Station is very close. The Pink Line metro connects me to the rest of Delhi. I save so much time and money on travel.

The commercial and transport aspects are strong. The residential market is still evolving. The lack of premium housing and social infrastructure limits the potential for high capital appreciation.

I rented a small room here because it's affordable. While the transport options are great, the area lacks good parks and hangout spots. It feels more like a transit point than a neighbourhood.

My guesthouse is always full. Travellers who have an early morning train or bus prefer to stay here.

The Delhi-Meerut Expressway starts right here, so my commute is quick. The area is still developing residentially, but the connectivity to South Delhi markets like Lajpat Nagar and South Extension is good.

This area suits investors who value constant footfall. The neighbourhood never sleeps, making it excellent for long term rental stability. Growth is gradual but very secure.

Sarai Kale Khan has a raw, vibrant energy. Essentials are never far away, and the neighbourhood feels safe with so many people around.

This area suits investors who prefer reliable rental returns over luxury growth. The surroundings are busy and connected. However, improvements in roads, sanitation, and planning are necessary for stronger appreciation.

The cost of maintaining property is justified by strong demand and quality surroundings. Connectivity and livability are major strengths. But increasing congestion around commercial areas is becoming noticeable.
