This locality is for elated community and this complex has lot of senior professionals and has a roof balcony. Overlooking the sea and senior citizens can go around for morning or evening walk.

Went to Santhome for a property visit. The locality has good infrastructure and is developing rapidly. It's a promising area for investment.

The area experiences significant traffic, especially during peak hours on Santhome High Road and nearby roads. Properties in Santhome are relatively expensive due to its prime location & proximity to key landmarks.

Santhome is a nice locality and near to Marina Beach, the biggest beach in Asia, near to Santhome Church which is the largest in Asia, near City Centre which is the biggest mall and Cineplex in Chennai, just opposite to the bus stop which connects through all the places in Chennai.
