Padmarao Nagar has no nightlife. Theres also too much traffic near the bhoiguda road. Its no doubt convenient in terms of infrastructure but civic amenities are lacking

The area is nice but sometimes feels too crowded. parking becomes a hassle in public places. But what i like is the community friendly vibe. people are nice and helpful

Padmarao nagar is famous for its popular parks and green areas. it gives a peaceful and calming vibe mainly because of the trees. I personally love the interior lanes and easy commute to secunderabad, my work area

Extremely stable demand. the proximity to Secunderabad is a plus. Padmarao Nagar is actually good for generating rental income. But on the downside, I have noticed high quality new projectsare rare.

I must say it has good transport links. from metro green lines to train stations, it has everything. The area is very self sufficient. For hospitals or even cafes, you dont' need to step out of Padmarao Nagar. Theres also a popular temple here called Sri Subrahmanyaswamy Devalayam, it gets super crowded during weekends

It's close to many important areas of the city like temples, hospitals, malls, etc. There are good colleges and schools nearby too, which is great for families.

Mylapore is a vibrant locality and it's also well connected to other parts of the city via Kamarajar Salai and Cathedral Road

I love living in this area. It's so rich in culture and history. the local food scene is also great with numerous eateries nearby. It is also close to major commercial and entertainment areas in Chennai

Mylapore is a great place to live with your family but the traffic can get hectic sometimes. The lanes are a bit narrow and the crowd can be overwhelming.

This place is full of old-world charm and energy. I have been living here for the past 12 years, and I love the calm atmosphere. The infrastructure needs improvement as some parts of the city feels outdated and dull.

Great connectivity but the parking space is limited, especially around temples and local market areas.

Whats good about Mylapore

  • Rich cultural heritage blended with modern amenities
  • Excellent connectivity to other parts of the city
  • High-quality educational institutions and healthcare facilities

What can be improved about Mylapore

  • Limited parking spaces in some areas
  • High property prices compared to other parts of Chennai
