The area offers a mix of nature and history and along with that its close to hustle and bustle of the city. I am aboslutely loving this area.

Sangam Vihar is a budget friendly locality with easy access to public transports and local markets. However, the roads need a little improvement and the water supply can be bothersome sometimes. it's a decent place if you're looking for affordable housing though.

As a tenant, the biggest advantage here is the low-rent. Although I had to adjust with irregular water supply, I find this area convenient for me, as its close to my office and there are many shopping malls and necessary healthcare facilities nearby.

I moved here because of work and I will say it's good for short-term stays. Markets and malls are nearby, within walking distance, that's a plus. However, there are frequent power cuts which can be bothersome for some. I find the area good for budget-friendly housing.

owning a property in this area has been profitable for me as the connectivity is good and daily essentials are easily accessible. it's a practical choice for those looking for low-cost housing options in Delhi.

I feel the area offers affordable housing but the infrastructure can be better. The roads are narrow and drainage issues persist. However, the area is safe and there are many schools and hospitals nearby. A good option if you're adjustable.

Sangam Vihar offers good connectivity with metro stations and bus stops nearby. I chose ths area because I found a rental flat within my budget. Finding affordable housing in Delhi can be challenging, so you can say this locality solves that issue. I only have an issue with poor waste management as the garbage collection is not regular here.

One thing I personally like about the area is its strong sense of community. Neighbours are helpful and friendly, while local businesses are building good connections. I have been living here for the past 8 years, and I love being a part of Sangam Vihar.

Sangam Vihar is a well known area. It has many good flats and apartments at affordable rates. Public transport is poor but autos and cabs are easily available

It is a good area for families. We live in Church Colony and its a rented apartment. The amenities are good. there are some temples nearby and parks too. It is close to the famous Asthal Temple.

Sangam Vihar is well maintained and safe except a few inner lanes which are dimly lit and lack proper road infrastructure. The nai basti road is sometimes jammed. But, overall a good area

I see good potential here. Although the infrastructure is limited as of now, the metro expansion and road conditions improvment can bring much more rental yield.

Sangam Vihar is a nice and clean area. But the lanes are congested and buildings are close to each other which leaves little to no open space. There is no park or grenery here

Sangam Vihar offers relatively affordable housing with access to South Delhi employment hubs. MB Road is useful for daily commuting, while buses from nearby stops provide additional options. The area has schools and hospitals close by, although narrow internal lanes and parking can be challenging.

Families can find essential facilities such as schools, hospitals, local markets and public transport within reasonable reach. The locality is particularly attractive for its comparatively lower housing costs. However, high population density and drainage issues in some pockets affect everyday convenience.

Affordable rents and access to South Delhi make Sangam Vihar practical for students.

Sangam Vihar offers a relatively low entry point for South Delhi property buyers. Rental demand is supported by nearby employment areas and educational institutions. Connectivity through MB Road is useful, while the distance from established metro stations and uneven civic infrastructure remain important considerations.

For workers commuting toward Okhla and Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Sangam Vihar provides reasonably priced rental options. Bus connectivity helps with daily travel, and nearby markets cover basic requirements. Peak-hour congestion on connecting roads can make commuting slower than expected.

The locality has a busy but active residential character, with markets, schools and healthcare facilities serving everyday needs. Its proximity to South Delhi destinations is useful without the higher property costs found in nearby premium areas. Internal roads and parking need better management.

Local markets and nearby green spaces provide simple options for spending time around the area.

Sangam Vihar works well for renters seeking affordable accommodation within South Delhi. Saket and nearby commercial areas are reachable by road, while DTC buses provide economical commuting options. The main drawbacks are crowded streets, limited parking and the lack of a metro station nearby.

Affordable property rates and proximity to hospitals and schools make the locality suitable for budget-conscious families. MB Road provides an important connection toward Saket and Badarpur. Some residential pockets still need better drainage, waste management and road maintenance for improved living conditions.

Budget-friendly homes with access to Saket and nearby employment areas.
