I have been staying here for 18 months now. Saket Metro Station is just 10 10-minute ride from my flat. My office in Cyber City takes only 35 minutes via metro. The rent is very affordable compared to South Delhi areas. Local market has everything from groceries to electronics at reasonable prices.

The area has some good properties for investment. Rental yields are steady here. The area has all basic amenities like schools, hospitals, and markets. Some infrastructure improvements are needed, but overall it offers good value for money investment.

Local shopping in Khanpur is convenient from the weekly bazaars and permanent shops. The area has good hospitals like Max Super Speciality Hospital nearby. Roads are decent but some internal lanes need better maintenance. Parking can be an issue in older residential areas.

It is an okay place for budget people. Roads get congested during peak hours, especially near the metro station. Street food options are limited compared to the central Delhi areas.

Khanpur Metro has made commuting to different parts of Delhi very easy. My kids go to the nearby government school, which has good facilities. There are some good local temples for prayers and parks for relaxation. The weekly vegetable market offers fresh produce at good prices.
