I like everything here execept the transport options are limited. Theres no metro which makes it difficult and costly to travel far if needed. Although my daily commute is fine as my office is just 5 mins away, I still need to spend a lot on autos and cabs to go to the city centre

The locality has good ROI and rental demand mostly from families and IT professionals. The limited public transport is a problem. if the connectivity gets better, it has potential to blow up

The highlight of this area is the proximity to places like Tiku ji ni wadi and Kolshet Creek. Also the area during Christmas feels so lively and vibrant. Especially the R Mall nearby which is beautifully decorated. But the crowd is huge and traffic is a big problem
