But the area has become too congested lately. there are just too many buildings and commercial centres and hotels that there's hardly any space for air. despite the parks and lakes, the area feels cramped
The demand is high from families and working professionals. Still, the area needs more improvment in terms of urban planning like metro and road widening. connectivity is good but limited public transport is a concern and so is the traffic
