The area is very good as it is close to the railway station and has good bus routes but traffic jams during peak hours can be quite frustrating.

I like it here as we have been here for the last 20+ years. Everything is nearby here.

Rents are reasonable and you are able to find autos and busses easily.

I invested here due to its proximity to commercial zones and due to this inding tenants isn’t hard.
