We live near the Sakal Nagar garden. The surroundings are peaceful, but civic amenities like drainage and road resurfacing need improvement. Still, the area has retained its old charm.

Owning a home here comes with issues—no proper visitors' parking, some roads are poorly lit, and garbage pickup isn’t consistent. Location is great, but PMC services are lacking.

Sakal Nagar is steady in rental returns but slower in capital appreciation than Baner or Wakad. It’s preferred by families, so vacancy is never an issue, but resale value hasn’t been what I expected

I live in a rented 2BHK here. The area is peaceful, and DMart is just a 5-minute walk. I love the clean roads and greenery. The area provides easy access to Aundh or Baner.

It’s a family-friendly area with quiet lanes and parks. But there are very few restaurants or nightlife options within walking distance. For that, we go to Aundh or Pashan Road.
