It's a good location. Everything is within walking distance, such as schools, hospitals, and supermarkets. The area has good transportation links, including bus stops . Cab and auto facilities are easily available here.

Rent is quite cheap here compared to other areas in Pune. The only thing is water comes only for 2 hours in the morning so you have to store everything daily. Local shops are right outside for daily groceries.

Getting daily stuff is very easy because the local market stalls are just a short walk away. The lanes inside are mostly quiet during the day but evening traffic on the main patch gets a bit messy.

Good schools are close by and the area feels quite safe even after dark. Street lights work properly on the main roads though some inner lanes stay a bit dark at night.

The evening traffic jam near the highway junction is a daily headache. It takes easily 20 minutes just to cross that small patch on a bike, and finding an auto that goes by meter is impossible.

Living here is decent because everything from doctors to vegetable carts is near. Water supply is a small issue sometimes... we have to adjust with timings, but otherwise it is fine for a normal life.

Footpaths are completely broken or blocked by vehicles so walking here is very tough. Young boys ride bikes too fast in the inner lanes, making the streets unsafe for older people in the evenings.

Parking a car is a nightmare if you come here in the evening. The main market street gets too packed with bikes and autos, but there are some nice small tea spots to hang out.

Room demand is always high because Sinhgad college is very close. Getting tenants is never an issue here and basic shops are a lot, so properties give good regular returns without long empty gaps.

TBH this area is great for students since the mess food and rooms are very cheap. You get everything nearby from print shops to tea stalls, just the roads get very muddy when it rains.

Garbage is just left on the corners and the drains overflow immediately during heavy rains. The local road condition is getting worse weekly and the dust makes it hard to keep the shop clean.

Rents around Sai Nagar are quite reasonable for 1BHKs. Daily needs like milk, vegetables, and kirana stores are right on the lane, but getting an auto in the evening takes time unless you book online.

Water timing is a huge headache in Ambegaon Budruk. PMC supply comes for barely an hour or two, so buying water tankers is a regular thing. Internal colony roads are wide enough though, parking is no issue.

Basic shops are nearby and local schools are easily accessible. Street lights on main lanes work fine, but some interior patches in Sai Nagar stay quite dark at night... overall decent residential spot.

Morning traffic near Katraj dairy signal and bypass highway junction gets completely stuck during peak hours. Takes almost 20 minutes just to cross that patch towards Swargate or Hinjewadi commute route.

Living here is relatively peaceful away from main city noise. Everything for daily household stuff is available within walking distance. Only issue is garbage dumping near open plots on side streets sometimes...

Walking inside Sai Nagar streets is nice early morning as vehicle traffic is low. Footpaths are missing in most places so you walk on the road, but medical shops and local clinics are within walking distance.

Parking a car in the inner residential streets is fairly easy compared to central Pune areas. Lanes are decent, though navigating tight turns near the inner market side can get tricky during peak evening hours.

Rental demand around Ambegaon Bk is very steady due to nearby colleges and easy access to the Mumbai-Bangalore highway. Good option for rental income, plus local markets and daily connectivity are well set up now.

Shared autos towards Katraj bus stand are easily available from the main road. Plenty of cheap mess options, tiffin services, and photocopy shops around, making monthly expenses super easy to manage.

Frequent power cuts during summer afternoons really mess up daily work routine. Main street gets decent footfall for retail shops, but side drains overflow quickly whenever there is heavy rainfall.
