Everything you need is nearby, from banks to bakeries. The streets are narrow in multiple areas and it gets conjusted in these areas at times. I don't have any compliants other than this.

I rented my 2 BHK to a young couple working in Erandwane. The monthly rent covers the EMI, and occupancy is never an issue. It’s a good investment for peace of mind.

The rent here is high but it has good public transport with busses being available throughout the day.

Getting to Deccan or FC Road from here is very easy but the only issue here is limited parking space. Atleast its there in my building.

The area is mostly residential, and people are very helpful. The only thing I’d want improved is more parking space in older buildings.
