Rent here is like 8k to 10k so very cheap, but auto guys at Wazirabad signal charge whatever they want in the evening. Basic daily shops are everywhere near Sabhapur village area. Roads get muddy in rains... somehow we manage.
Plot prices here are still low compared to rest of North East Delhi. Demand for rental rooms among students and workers is always high. Basic things like electricity and water are available now, so returns are decent.
Traffic near Khajuri Khas junction is daily pain RN. Take at least 40 minutes just to cross 2 km during peak morning time. Dust level is too high on main road. NGL this area is very chaotic for daily office travel.
Water quality is very bad, comes dirty in taps... forced to buy drinking water cans daily for 30 rupees. Internet broadband options are limited in this lane. Also street dogs problem is huge at night time.
Everything needed for daily life is available at Zero Pushta market nearby. Vegetables and groceries are cheap here. Yamuna bank area gives good fresh air in morning walks, though internal street roads are full of potholes.
