Quiet place to stay if you like peace away from main city noise. Water supply comes twice daily from jal board, which is sorted. Only thing is reaching Shiv Vihar metro takes 15 minutes by e-rickshaw due to narrow lanes.

Getting cab or auto inside the deep lanes of Sonia Vihar is tricky. Drivers cancel constantly. But once you reach main Pusta road, e-rickshaws are lined up everywhere for 10 rupees fare. So-so place, highly crowded.

Walking on roads here is headache because there are no footpaths anywhere in Sabhapur. High speed bikes keep racing through narrow streets. Local chemist shops stay open late, which is good, but peaceful environment is missing now.

Garbage is just thrown on the side of main Sonia Vihar road, smells very bad during day time. Electricity goes off for 2 hours daily in summer. Schools are close by, but streets feel unsafe after 8 PM because light is very low.

Rent here is like 8k to 10k so very cheap, but auto guys at Wazirabad signal charge whatever they want in the evening. Basic daily shops are everywhere near Sabhapur village area. Roads get muddy in rains... somehow we manage.

Plot prices here are still low compared to rest of North East Delhi. Demand for rental rooms among students and workers is always high. Basic things like electricity and water are available now, so returns are decent.

Traffic near Khajuri Khas junction is daily pain RN. Take at least 40 minutes just to cross 2 km during peak morning time. Dust level is too high on main road. NGL this area is very chaotic for daily office travel.

Water quality is very bad, comes dirty in taps... forced to buy drinking water cans daily for 30 rupees. Internet broadband options are limited in this lane. Also street dogs problem is huge at night time.

Everything needed for daily life is available at Zero Pushta market nearby. Vegetables and groceries are cheap here. Yamuna bank area gives good fresh air in morning walks, though internal street roads are full of potholes.

Main market area near Sabhapur red light gets good footfall in evening. Transporting shop goods from Kashmere Gate is easy via Pusta road. Parking for delivery trucks is issue, but overall trade is smooth here.
