I lived here for about 8 months during my internship at a nearby firm..its okay, livable, i liked hanging out at kamala nehru park..rent is cheap too but walking paths are not great.
Roshan Pura is well connected but feels unorganized internally..some blocks are narrow and stinky..waste management not so good. the area surrounding sadar market gets very busy and crowded in the evenings
Its not proper residential area so you have to bear lots of noise and crowd..it's ok for short term
There is a strong demand for low budget rentals here. Appreciation is also limited if we compare with dwarka expressway or new gurgaon
