I like the peaceful residential vibe here. Rent is cheap too and there are basic needs available nearby. I just wish metro was directly accessible from here

Good air quality compared to central Pune. We are here since 2015, and seen the area develop a lot. So many supermarkets, schools, and small clinics are around. It's residential and feels safe

it’s a low-entry-cost area with long-term potential but civic amenities are developing slowly so you may have to be patient. it’s not a prime rental market yet.

Most buildings here are newly built or under 10 years old, so I got a semi-furnished flat at a good deal. But there’s not much nightlife or cafes around

the locality is very quiet and family-friendly. But the area can get a bit isolated at night
