Residents use nearby Manipal Hospital on Hapur Road and schools like Dehradun Public School for daily needs. the best part about this place is the greenery and the open spaces around the NDRF road. I often go for evening walks to city park which is quite peaceful.
the traffic near the Hapur Road crossing during peak hours. The internal roads in Raispur can be a bit dusty because of the ongoing construction in nearby areas
our biggest headache is the waterlogging in the lower lanes during the rains. We are working with the local ward member to upgrade the drainage system further
rental demand is crazy here.infrastructure wise, the widening of the Hapur Road has been a major value driver for this locality..

Getting a car inside the narrow lanes of Raispur is a daily nightmare. There is absolutely no space for parking on the street, and if someone parks wrong, the whole line gets blocked. I always have to park far away near the main road...
Living here is decent because the Shastri Nagar market is very close for daily shopping. The main roads are wide enough and we get basic things easily. It is much cheaper than living in the main posh sectors of Ghaziabad.
Good schools are nearby so that is a big relief, but the water supply is given only for 2 hours in the morning. Sometimes the pressure is very low and we have to rely on extra storage. Streets are okayish during daytime.
The evening traffic near the Hapur Road turn is getting worse day by day. It takes me 30 minutes just to cross that small stretch after a long day at work. The autos also block the main junction completely.
Everything you need for daily life is available within walking distance here. Grocery shops, milk booths, and local clinics are just around the corner. Rent and living costs are low, making it a very practical area to live.
The area has some nice local temples and morning walks are fine, but the streets get too dark after 8 PM. Many streetlights do not work properly in the internal lanes, so walking late is not safe.
I come here often to meet friends and the local food joints are quite good. Getting an auto from the main road is easy, though they overcharge a bit. The main lanes are fine but internal streets have garbage piles.
Rental demand is always high in Raispur because lots of students and young workers look for cheap rooms here. Properties give decent returns and houses do not stay empty for long. A solid area for steady rental income.
The power cuts in this area are very annoying during summers, and the drains are always overflowing. Smells so bad near the back streets. Internet guys also take days to fix line issues here... truly fed up.
Footfall near the Raispur main road market is excellent for retail shops. I get plenty of local customers throughout the day. Supply delivery vans face some traffic in the evenings, but business wise this location is very profitable.
