Pragati Vihar is a good residential place. The area is very safe, even if I come back late from a dinner at Lodhi Colony. JLN Stadium metro station is located close. The greenery here is amazing. It doesn't feel like a crowded city at all.

I have my own flat here and I don't think I can ever move anywhere else. The crowd is very educated and quiet. We go for evening walks to the parks nearby, and the air feels much fresher here because of all the old trees. All the big shops and doctors are within 1-2 kilometers.

Everything is so central! My daughter goes to DPS Mathura Road, which is very close by. It’s a big relief to have Moolchand Hospital just a few minutes away for any emergency. The neighborhood is very decent because mostly government officers live around.

Pragati Vihar is like a goldmine because people always want to live here. Even in 2026, prices are high, but the rent you get is also very good. Top professionals and corporate heads prefer this area because it is close to all the main offices. The roads and parks are maintained very well compared to other parts of Delhi.

The security is excellent, my kids can play outside without us worrying. We are very close to Lodhi Road. The roads are wide and clean. Sometimes, when there is a big cricket match or a concert at the JLN Stadium, the area gets a bit crowded and noisy, but that only happens once in a while.
