I stay in Pradhikaran Nigdi and it feels very convenient. I walk to Bhakti Shakti Park almost daily for evening walks. DMart and malls are nearby, which makes shopping easy, and there are many food stalls and restaurants. ``

Pradhikaran is a well-planned, green area with great roads and facilities. It’s close to Premier Plaza Mall, City Pride School, Central Park, Spine Road, Sterling Multi-Specialty Hospital, and benefits from upcoming metro access via the PCMC-Pradhikaran extension.

My commute to Pimpri is smooth. The area looks clean and safe even late night. Autos are available everywhere. Rent feels fair for what I get. Overall, I enjoy living here and don’t face many problems.
