Porwal Road is calm and family-friendly. Water supply is good, and the neighborhood is clean. Public transport is slightly limited, so personal vehicle helps a lot.

The area has a suburban charm with growing amenities. Rents are fair, and it’s close to Pune Airport. Road maintenance needs attention, but it's overall a convenient place to live.

I bought a 2BHK flat here five years ago. The property value has increased steadily. It’s a promising area with good scope for development.
