Shops for everyday things are all close by near Pocket BC main street. Water timing is sorted, mostly comes morning and evening. Pretty comfortable place to live.
Bus stop is right on the main road so getting around isn't hard, but footpaths are bad for walking. Streetlights work fine at night though.
Drainage problem is very bad here. One light rain only and water collects near the parks and internal streets. Nobody comes to clean the drains properly...
Decent demand for small shops and rentals here. Main roads are wide and connected well to the main road, though inner streets get crowded with parked cars.
Rent is around 10k for small place which is okayish. Morning time getting drinking water is fine, but parking my bike on the street is always a pain.
Vegetable market near BC block is very cheap and fresh. Everything you need daily is just walking distance, NGL life is pretty easy here for basic stuff.
Too much dust on the main road and people just dump garbage on corners... streets feel unsafe late night because lighting is poor in some inner lanes.
Very calm area inside the block lanes. Parks are kept clean enough, milk and clinic all nearby itself. TBH quite happy staying here with everything sorted.
Property prices are okay here, but streets stay too congested in peak hours. Good for rental income though as tenants find it easy for daily transport.

Autos here charge too much for small distance, daily fight only. Also evening traffic near Pocket B block market gets so jammed up... total headache after office.
