The area has a historic vibe with all the heritage temples and cultural spots like Shaniwar Wada. This makes me feel proud to own property here. It's also well-connected to all key places like metro, malls, eateries, hospitals, etc.

Been residing here for the past 9 years, and as someone who grew up in Pune, Perugate was a nostalgic choice. It’s close to Shivajinagar and Deccan so very convenient. We have rented one of our flats here and the tenants I get are mostly students or small families who respect the place

I chose Perugate because it’s walking distance to college, and you don’t get better connectivity than this in Pune. Rent is also cheap but if you’re looking for nightlife or cafes, this is not the place. It shuts down early, and it’s more suited for traditional families

Property value has steadily appreciated. It may not be flashy like Baner, but the demand from traditional families ensures steady rental income. the connectivity is excellent and the presence of temples and cultural landmarks add more value.

One thing I find frustrating is poor internet connectivity in some areas as they have trouble with JioFiber due to the narrow lanes
