MIT World Peace University is nearby, and the area offers affordable student rentals with easy metro or bus connectivity and basic amenities.

This area is well located with all amenities and connectivity is easier to manage. And visitors like me can visit Panchawati Hill and Vetal Tekdi are tourist attraction for this area.

I study in Fergusson College so living here was not only close to my college, it is also affordable. Plus everything from groceries to hospitals is close by, but the lanes do feel cramped and a bit noisy at times.

The area is well-connected because there's a metro 3 km away and plenty of bus stops. Not generally crowded but I feel some public areas can be better maintained. It's not always clean, especially areas around railway stations and bus stops.

Janwadi feels safe to me. Although I live just right above the main road, I have seen the internal lanes are also quiet bustling and feels lively. I haven't personally faced any safety concerns here so that's a plus. Rent is fine.

Metro really helps although it's 3-4 km from my place, it's convenient when you have to travel to faraway areas in Pune like Viman Nagar. I just wish it had more good cafes nearby.

Great area to generate rental income. I have two properties here and the demand is always good. Most people prefer this because it's affordable and comes with good connectivity options. The social life is also fine enough.
