Write a Review

It is a good locality with affordable rental options. Buses and shared autos are available, but metro is far. The area is developing slowly, though roads still need work. Not too many cafes or hangout spots here.

What I enjoy most is the quieter atmosphere after work because the locality feels far from city chaos. Families around here are friendly too.

Perne feels like a future focused investment because suburban expansion around Pune is gradually moving outward. Entry costs are still manageable compared to developed areas.

Local shops cover most daily needs but public transport frequency is not very dependable, especially during late hours.

The surroundings have future potential as the city expands outward. Still, transport connectivity remains weaker than expected.
