As a tenant with kids, I appreciate the quiet and safety of this locality. The schools nearby are decent, and there’s greenery all around. The downside is fewer dining or hangout options within walking distance.

We are living Patwardhan Baug for 5 years. The area is peaceful, green, and centrally located. However, traffic on nearby Karve Road and scarcity of parking spaces is annoying.

As a long-time owner, I appreciate the green pockets and walkable streets in Patwardhan Baug. However, the locality is getting crowded and the construction work is causing severe noise pollution.

We have leased our 2BHK in Patwardhan Baug for the last few years. Tenants prefer living here so my property never remains vacant but they do complain about the lack of public transport here.

Patwardhan Baug offers a very homely vibe with spacious flats and good ventilation. I enjoy the early morning walks around the colony. However, commuting is a hassle during peak hours and public transport is not good here.
