I work in the nearby industrial area. Living here in Patel Nagar is very convenient. My commute is short, and the rent for my room is very affordable. The local market has everything I need for daily life.

I own a few small apartments here that I rent out to workers and students. The rental demand is always high due to the proximity to industrial areas and affordable rents.

My family has lived in this area for generations. The biggest problems are illegal parking and encroachments. The drainage is poor, causing waterlogging.

We found a reasonably priced 2BHK floor here. There are local schools like Sunrise Public School and National Public School nearby. However, there are not many good parks for children to play in. The traffic on the main Old Delhi-Gurgaon road is also a big problem.

Patel Nagar has various street food stalls for amazing chaat, samosas, and jalebis. It's a very vibrant and lively area in the evenings.
