Rents are reasonable and the place is well-connected to Mehdipatnam and the Old City. The roads are narrow but manageable.

It’s affordable, safe, and well-connected and my kids study in a school nearby and we have everything within reach. The only problem here is are the roads which have pot holes in them.

I purchased a small plot here and built a 2-floor house I was planning to sell it but couldn't find a proper buyer. So, now I have rented it out and so far its kind of okay.

The rental is low compared to places like Tolichowki or Banjara Hills. Basic amenities are all present, but traffic during evenings can be tight in the narrow lanes.

The area is peaceful, and most people know each other. Water supply is regular and civic services are improving slowly, though drainage can be better
