The area has developed a lot in last five years in terms of social infrastructure. But still basic things like road conditions and drainage is poor. Internal roads are full of potholes and there's still lack of good cafes or dining options nearby.

Found the locality a bit disorganised compared to other parts of Pune. It feels like it's catching up with urbanisation but hasn’t quite reached there yet

I picked up a small flat here as a rental asset. There's demand from factory workers and junior IT staff, but the tenant profile is very budget-conscious. The civic amenities are poor too.
