The garbage collection in this lane is highly irregular. Piles of plastic waste and trash are left rotting right near the commercial shop fronts for days, which looks terrible and keeps customers away.

Renting here is on the higher side but the area is excellent. Everything is close by and you can get an auto to Thane station within 2 minutes from the main road, making my daily travel very sorted.

The locality is very clean and families love the peaceful vibe here. The only major daily issue is the water timing, as we get municipal water for only 2 hours in the morning, so storage is a must.

Streets feel extremely safe for walking around even late at night. There are multiple top schools and coaching classes within walking distance, so kids do not have to waste time travelling far.

Evening traffic near Alma Latifi junction is a total disaster. It takes ages to cross that single patch in an auto during rush hours because of randomly parked cars and heavy bottlenecking.

The neighborhood has some of the best eating joints and shops in Thane, so you never have to go out for anything. But the open garbage bins near the corner lanes smell terrible during hot afternoons.

Walking here is a big struggle because shopkeepers have completely taken over the footpaths with their boards. Older people are forced to walk on the road edges, which feels very risky with bikes speeding past.

Finding a parking spot for my car near the popular food lanes is an absolute nightmare on weekends. The streets are packed with vehicles and there is zero management by traffic police.

Property values here are solid because it is one of the most premium, central residential hubs in Thane. Rental demand stays consistently high and flats get picked up almost instantly by corporate tenants.

Staying as a paying guest here is expensive, NGL. The area is nice and safe, but local messes and budget food options are very few, so daily expenses on swiggy or cafes add up to a lot.

The internal drainage pipes are completely choked and old. Even a brief monsoon downpour floods the streets right up to our shop stairs, which ruins the daily walk-in crowd and halts all business.
