New Colony is a pleasant locality in sector 7. I love the spacious and well planned layouts. streets are nice but the transportation isnt strong

The community is friendly and nice. It has good social facilities as well. Good for families.

New Colony has a calm vibe. We have been living here for the past 7 years and what I love is the green streets with trees around and also the amenities. But you may struggle if you don't have a vehicle of your owna and rely on public transport often

I am renting an apartment near Fitpro gym. It's basic but safe to live here. There aren't any luxurious amenities like in societies but it comes well within the budget.

The area is growing rapidly. social infrastructure is solid here. There are many cafes and restaurants within the region. It's mostly popular among bachelors and small families. On the downside, there's lack of gated societies here which pushes away many families
